Abstract:
To provide a photo-curing type coating agent composition that has good curability to light irradiation such as ultraviolet rays, gives a cured coating film of very low moisture vapor permeability, and hardly causes cracks even at a low curvature bend.SOLUTION: A photo-curing type coating agent composition contains a hydrogenated cyclic olefin-based polymer (A) of a softening point of 100°C or higher, an ethylene-propylene copolymer (B) having an unsaturated group in the side chain, a polyfunctional (meth) acrylate (C), and a photopolymerization initiator (D). The blending ratio of the polymer (A) is 50-85 wt.% to the total amount of solids.SELECTED DRAWING: None
