Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-polymeric composition for a color filter, small in film loss at the time of development, small in change of chromaticity, giving a smooth coating film, and little causing base contamination.
SOLUTION: This photo-polymeric composition for a color filter includes a binder resin, a monomer, a photo-polymerization starting agent, a colored pigment, and a solvent, the binder resin contains two or more kinds of resins different in solubility with respect to an alkaline developer, the resins different in solubility with respect to an alkaline developer being, (A) a resin with an acid number of 40 to 80 (KOH-mg/g), and (B) a resin with an acid number of 100 (KOH-mg/g) or more, and contains, at least, one kind each of the (A) and (B).
