Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the subject composition composed of a compound containing radically polymerizable unsaturated group, a metal arene compound, an organic dye and a specific aromatic iodonium salt, curable with low energy visible light in high sensitivity and useful as a resist, an image-recording material, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective photo-setting composition is produced by mixing (A) a compound containing radically polymerizable unsaturated group such as polyethylene glycol diacrylate or pentaerythritol hexaacrylate, (B) a metal arene compound expressed by formula I (X is group containing at least one benzene ring; Y is basic ionic substance such as BF4<->, PF6<->, AsF6<-> and SbF6<->; M is Fe, Ni, Co, etc.), (C) an organic dye such as methylene blue and (D) an aromatic iodonium salt expressed by formula II (Y<-> is halogen ion, hydroxyl ion, HSO4<->, etc.) (e.g. diphenyl iodonium bromide), dispersing the mixture by ultrasonic vibration and kneading the dispersion under heating at 100 deg.C.
