Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoacid generator that has excellent polymerization initiation performance for a cationically polymerizable compound and to provide a photosensitive composition containing the photoacid generator.SOLUTION: A photoacid generator is represented by formula (1) or (2) and the photosensitive composition uses the photoacid generator. (Xis a tetrakis(fluorophenyl)borate anion, a tris(fluorophenyl)borate anion, a bis(trifluorosulfonyl)imide anion or the like; n is an integer of 2 to 6; and R is an organic group.)EFFECT: Because the photoacid generator has excellent polymerization initiation performance, it can initiate the polymerization simply by incorporating a small amount thereof into the photosensitive composition. Consequently, a decomposition product of the photoacid generator remaining in a release layer of a release sheet can be reduced and deterioration in peeling force of the release sheet can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: None
