This deodorant sheet is formed by depositing a photocatalyst on a surface rich with supporting fibers of an active carbon-containing sheet having one surface rich with the supporting fibers and simultaneously the other surface rich with active carbon layers and consisting of the active carbon and the supporting fibers and is formed by laminating an air permeable sheet on the surface rich with the active carbon. The dense layer of the active carbon is formed on the one surface of the sheet by utilizing a difference in the specific gravity between the supporting fibers and the active carbon in manufacturing the active carbon-containing sheet.
