Abstract:
To provide a photocatalyst membrane which has high photocatalytic activity and to provide a manufacturing method which is capable of conveniently and reproducibly conducting the film formation of a photocatalyst membrane.
The photocatalyst membrane consists of tungsten oxide having a nano-porous structure. It is manufactured by causing tungstenic acid to react with ammonia in water, then adding a water-soluble solvent to the resultant to deposit the reaction product of tungstenic acid and ammonia, adding a thickener to the reaction product and mixing them to form a film, and then sintering the mixture.
