Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make possible the experiments of the ultraviolet chemical reactions under high pressure by making an autocrave of a pressure resisting glass material of quartz or synthetic quartz.
CONSTITUTION: An autocrave 1 is made of a pressure resisting glass material such as quartz or synthetic quartz and can have a relatively thin wall so that it can enjoy a high permeability to the ultraviolet ray with an excellent permeable characteristics. As a result, the experiments of the ultraviolet chemical reactions under high pressure can be performed with the use of an ultraviolet ray device 3 and a spectroscope 4.
