PURPOSE: To provide the titled compsn. giving a coating film which is excellent in transparency, anti-fogging performance and dimming performance and has good mar resistance, durability and disperse dye dyability, consisting of a specified compd., a hydrolyzate of a silicon compd. and a compd. having OH groups.
CONSTITUTION: A hydrolyzate (A) of a silicon compd. of formula I (wherein R3 is an org. group contg. at least one member selected from vinyl, amino. imino, epoxy, methacryloxy, phenyl and SH groups; R4 is H, a 1W6C hydrocarbon group, vinyl group; R5 is a 1W6C hydrocarbon group, alkoxy, alkyl, a 1W4C acyl group; a is 0W2; b is 0, 1; a+b≤2), a compd. (B) having OH groups and an MW of 1,000 or above such as polyethylene glycol and a benzopyrrylospiran compd. (C) of formula II (wherein R1 is H, F, Cl, Br; R2 is R1, nitro, methoxy) are blended together.
