To provide a photocurable compsn. which is excellent in dispersion stability during aging and can form a cured matt coating film with a fine matt pattern and to provide a synthetic resin article made by using the same.

This compsn. contains a (meth)acrylic ester deriv. having at least one (meth)acryloyloxy group, a photopolymn. initator, and an agglomerate obtd. from ultrafine antimony pentaoxide particles dispersed in an org. solvent and an amine capable of agglomerating the particles. The compsn. is applied to the surface of a synthetic resin article and irradiated with an active energy ray to form a cured matt coating film on the surface.
