Abstract:

To provide a photocurable resin component which has no tackiness, has elongation, can be developed with an alkali and has photopatterning properties.

The photocurable resin component contains: (a) a compound having an epoxy group; (b) a photobase generator; (c) a curing agent having a thiol group; and (D) a compound containing at least one of a carboxylic acid group and a carboxylic acid anhydride group.
