Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PDA module where uniaxial crystal except for a C face can be used as a window material.
SOLUTION: The photodiode array module has a photodiode array in which a plurality of stripe-like photodiode elements are arranged and which receives light that is made incident through the window material of uniiaxial crystal. The window component is arranged so that an intra-window face component in the optical axis direction of crystal is matched with the longitudinal direction of the photodiode element.
