Title:
PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERSION DEVICE AND DRIVE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6471184
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide high-power output by connecting one principal electrode of a first transistor to a control electrode region of a second transistor and also connecting another principal electrode of the first transistor to a principal electrode of the second transistor. CONSTITUTION:When a low voltage is applied to a capacitor electrode 26, the potential of a base region B2 declines to come to a state of forward bias for an emitter region E2 and a hole current flows between emitter and collector regions. As the base region B2 is in a state of floating, accumulated electrons initiate disappearing by their recombination and accordingly, potential changes into a positive direction. During the period of these processes, the hole current flows from the emitter region E2 to the collector region C2 and to flow in the vase region B1 through an electrode 28. As a result, hole currents which are obtained as the sum of an electric charge accumulated at the base region B1 and the product of the electric charge accumulated at the base region B2 and current gain are accumulated by these operations, when accumulating action are performed.
