Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of a photoelectric conversion device.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device 11 comprises: an electrode layer 2; a first semiconductor layer 3 arranged on the electrode layer 2, and configured by coupling a plurality of crystal grains; and a second semiconductor layer 4 arranged on the first semiconductor layer 3, and forming PN junction with the first semiconductor layer 3. The first semiconductor layer 3 has a plurality of projections 3b each having a corner part, on a surface of the crystal grains 3a on a principal surface at the second semiconductor layer 4 side.
