Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device having high resolution.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device has a photoelectric converter, a voltage applying part and a detector. The photoelectric converter has a light permeable first conduction portion, a charge trap layer and a photoelectric conversion layer provided between the first conduction portion and the charge trap layer. The voltage applying part applies a voltage between the first conduction part and the charge trap layer. The charge trap layer is disposed between the detector and the photoelectric converter. A first charge generated by light incident to the photoelectric conversion layer through the first conduction portion is trapped in the charge trap layer by the voltage. The detector detects a signal corresponding to the first charge trapped in the charge trap layer.
