Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photoelectric converter with high sensitivity and less noise by isolating a reference potential of a photoelectric conversion section from a reference potential of a control section in terms of AC.
SOLUTION: A plurality of photoelectric conversion elements are arranged in two-dimensions on insulating sensor boards 101, 201. Two sets of photoelectric conversion sections are configured by the sensor boards 103, 203, drive detection circuits 102, 202 and wiring groups 103, 203. The two sets of the photoelectric conversion sections are controlled by a control section 3. The control section 3 is connected to drive detection circuits 102, 202 via AC isolation signal transmission sections 105, 205. The AC isolation signal transmission sections 105, 205 have the functions of transmission of power of a power supply and various signals and isolating each potential of the control section 3 and the drive detection circuits 102, 202, especially isolating the reference potential in terms of AC.
