Abstract:
To provide a photoelectric conversion element using an organic-inorganic hybrid semiconductor compound as an active layer, which achieves an improvement in durability while maintaining high performance.SOLUTION: There is provided a photoelectric conversion element including a pair of electrodes comprising an upper electrode and a lower electrode, and an active layer located between the pair of electrodes and containing an organic-inorganic hybrid semiconductor compound. In the photoelectric conversion element, an organic semiconductor compound having a hole transporting ability is located between the active layer and at least one of the pair of electrodes, the organic semiconductor compound having a hole transporting ability is a polymer compound, and the polymer compound includes a condensed polycyclic aromatic skeleton.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4-1
