Abstract:
To provide a photoelectric conversion module capable of suppressing degradation of photodiode high-frequency characteristics.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion module 1 includes a photodiode 20 for converting an optical signal into a current signal, and a transimpedance amplifier 30 for receiving the current signal obtained with the photodiode by receiving it at an input terminal 31, converting the current signal into a voltage signal, amplifying the voltage signal and outputting it from an output terminal 32. The cathode terminal 21 of the photodiode is connected to the ground, the anode terminal 22 of the photodiode is electrically connected to the input terminal of the transimpedance amplifier with a DC coupling part such as wire 11, and a negative power supply voltage VEE is supplied at a power supply terminal 33 of the transimpedance amplifier so that a reverse bias voltage is applied to the photodiode through the DC coupling part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
