Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect optical elements and light emitting elements mounted on a photoelectric device from external foreign objects.
SOLUTION: A first recess 26 is formed on one side of a substrate 22, and a second recess 27 is formed on the other side. A beam splitting hologram pattern 21 is formed on the first recess 26, and a 3-beam generating grating pattern 23 is formed on the second recess 27. This structure enables the beam splitting hologram pattern 21 to be protected by a bank 28 of the first recess 26 formed on a side of the substrate 22 and enables the 3-beam generating grating pattern 23 to be protected by a bank 29 of the second recess 27 formed on the other side.
