Abstract:
To provide a photoelectric element, a lamp using this, and a display panel.
The photoelectric element comprises a substrate (10), a conductive electric field reinforcement layer (12) which is formed on the substrate and has a plurality of local electric field concentrated end parts on the surface, an electron multiplication layer (13) by a secondary electron emitting substance formed on the conductive electric field reinforced layer, and a photoelectric substance layer (14) formed on the electron multiplication layer. Therefore, the photoelectric element has wide application fields and can realize low voltage and high luminance when used as a light emitting element.
