Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric sensor device in which malfunction of a photoelectric sensor due to impact of a water droplet is suppressed.SOLUTION: A photoelectric sensor device includes a light projection side photoelectric sensor S1 for projecting inspection light A1 to an object to be detected W (panel), and a light reception side photoelectric sensor S2 for detecting the inspection light A1 reflected on the side of the object to be detected W. In at least one of the light projection side photoelectric sensor S1 and the light reception side photoelectric sensor S2, the photoelectric sensor is housed in a housing R made of light transmitting resin. A passage P for passing gas toward a tip side of the photoelectric sensor is provided in the housing R, and gas is jetted in the optical axis direction of the inspection light A1 through the passage P.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
