Abstract:
To reduce the number of substrates in a photoelectric sensor having at least two operators.SOLUTION: A photoelectric sensor includes a housing, a substrate, a first operator, an electronic component for sensitivity adjustment, a second operator, and an electronic component for mode switching. The substrate is a substrate having an IC for photoelectric sensor mounted on its main surface or back face. The first operator is an operator installed on an outer surface of the housing. The electronic component for sensitivity adjustment is an electronic component for adjusting sensor sensitivity, is mounted on a main surface of the substrate and is directly or indirectly linked to the first operator, and is adjusted by an operation of the first operator. The second operator is an operator installed on a surface different from a surface on which the first operator is installed in the outer surface of the housing. The electronic component for mode switching is an electronic component for switching a control mode of an IC for photoelectric sensor, is mounted on the main surface or the back face of the substrate and is directly or indirectly liked to the second operator, and is switched by an operation of the second operator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
