Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a photoelectric surface with small fluctuation of gain, and sensitivity which is the same or more as that of the photoelectric surface formed by silver, oxygen, and cesium, by forming it of silver, silver oxide, potassium, sodium, and cesium.
CONSTITUTION: A photoelectric surface 4 is formed of silver Ag, silver oxide AgO, potassium K, sodium Na, and cesium Cs. Hence, the photoelectric surface, with photosensitivity in a long wave region and very small deterioration in the photosensitivity, is obtained.
