Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to constitute a compact and low cost system, by adopting a sensor, which is a storage type and can perform nondestructive reading, as a photoelectric transducer cell, and the like. CONSTITUTION:A storage part of a storage type photoelectric transducer cell 31, which can perform nondestructive reading, is cleared. Then, the voltage of an output line 33 of the photoelectric transducer cell 31 is increased in proportion to the amount of incident light 32 from a reference voltage VB. Said voltage is applied to a positive input of a voltage comparator 34 and compared with a reference voltage VREF from a reference voltage source 35, which is applied to a negative input of the comparator. When the amount of the incident light reaches a specified value, the voltage of the output line 33 from the photoelectric transducer cell 31 becomes equal to VREF. At the next moment, the output of the voltage comparator 34 is inverted. The voltage increase rate of the output line 33 of the photoelectric transducer cell is proportional to the amount of the incident light and expressed as dV=KS(t)dt.
