Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectronic sensor that can contribute to the improvement of the detection performance thereof.SOLUTION: A light projection unit includes a light projection part for projecting a pulse group PG comprised of two pulses P at a prescribed interval T, and a light projection side setting part capable of selecting an interval I of pulses P of the pulse group PG that are projected by the light projection part from among a plurality of predetermined patterns so as to be different in the interval I of pulses P. A light receiving unit includes a light receiving part for receiving light, a light receiving side setting part for selecting the same interval I of pulses P as selected by the light projection side setting part from among a plurality of predetermined patterns so as to be different in the interval I of pulses P constituting the pulse group PG, and a determination part for determining, when the light received by the light receiving part has the same interval I of pulses P as selected by the light receiving side setting part, that the pulse group PG has been input.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
