Abstract:
To provide a photograph of a deceased person, which is hardly deteriorated, and the like.SOLUTION: An image writing device 1 comprises: an image recording part 10 for recording image data; a drawing target part 90 that is made of a silicon wafer and is used as a photograph of a deceased person; a drawing part 50 for outputting laser light and drawing an image corresponding to the image data on the drawing target part 90 through laser processing; a holding part 70 for holding the drawing target part 90; and a drawing control part 30 for controlling the laser light output by the drawing part 50 and controlling movement of at least one of the drawing part 50 and the holding part 70. The drawing target part 90 is provided with a positioning mark 90a. The image is drawn so that a side provided with the positioning mark 90a, is directed downward. The holding part 70 holds the drawing target part using the positioning mark 90a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
