A method of forming a glossy photograph medium printed matter adopts a method which includes the step of applying the ink accepting coating to a transparent medium, the step of discharging the ink from a drop type printing head at the time of requesting by an inkjet type printer to print the image on the ink accepting coating of the transparent medium, the step of discharging a coloring liquid from the drop type printing head at the time of requesting by the inkjet type printer to become semitransparent or opaque after drying, and the steps of forming backing by drying the liquid, thereby generating the glossy image of photograph quality when the transparent image is peered through it.
