A photograph processing apparatus is disclosed in which a radio announcing means RA informs a mobile terminal HT of the occurrence of an event preset to be announced to an operator when such a event occurs and makes the mobile terminal HT perform set announcing operation. The photograph processing apparatus transmits an event occurrence signal indicating that the event for terminal announcement preset as an event requesting operator's handling as detection information to the mobile terminal only when the event occurs. The mobile terminal HT repeatedly performs the set announcing operation at set intervals and stops repeated performing of the set announcing operation when the event causing the announcement to the mobile terminal is ceased.
