PURPOSE: To enjoy the reproducing function of a voice message by providing a photograph stand with a small/thin recording and reproducing device on which a message matched with the content of a photograph is recorded.

CONSTITUTION: A transparent body 11 is fixed so as to allow the photograph to be observed in the center of a frame 1, and a hole 12 for switch through which the switch of a recording and reproducing device 3 is depressed is formed under the frame 1. Clamps 13 to fix a supporting body 2 fitted in the frame 1 in the frame 1 are arranged above and beneath the rear 14 of the frame 1. The supporting body 2 which supports the frame 1 is formed in a shape to be fitted in the frame 1, and the recording and reproducing device 3 is fixed on the surface 22 of the supporting body 2. Moreover, a supporting body holding bar 21 to hold the frame 1 on a desk is attached on the rear 23 of the supporting body 2. In this way, the reproducing function of the voice message is enjoyed.
