Cover order information involving booklet identification information, cover identification information and cover image, is sent to a cover printer, then intermediate order information involving the booklet identification information, intermediate page identification information and intermediate image, is sent to an intermediate printer, and order management information involving the booklet identification information, cover identification information and intermediate page identification information, is sent to a booklet collating unit. The cover printer imparts the cover identification information to the cover sheet, and the intermediate printer imparts the intermediate identification information to the intermediate sheet. The booklet collating unit decides the corresponding relationship between the cover sheet and the intermediate sheet per booklet based on the input cover identification information, intermediate identification information and order management information. The system includes a display part showing the corresponding relationship in a predetermined display form.
