To eliminate the futile consumption of a sheet of paper, with a constitution for arranging analog and digital exposure means side by side by changing over the end part of a photographic printing paper before being cut off, which is supplied from a feeding means in accordance with a carrying destination, with a switching means.
When normal analog exposure printing is executed, the top end of the paper P is fed out of a magazine, guided on a turning guide plate 10 and held with carrying force generated between the nipping roller 9 and driving roller 8 of a switching mechanism, to be carried in the direction of an arrow B5. On the other hand, when digital exposure printing is executed, the turning guide plate 10 is turned in the direction of an arrow d4 by about 90° and the nipping roller 9 is driven around the driving roller 8 counterclockwise (the direction of an arrow d3) by about 90°, to face the top end of the paper upward. After that, the top end of the paper is carried by the driving roller 8 and the nipping roller 9, so that the top end of the paper is carried in the direction of an arrow B3 by a fixed size by a stiffness of the paper, to get digital exposure ready.
