Title:
PHOTOGRAPHIC ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002351007
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a silver halide element that exhibits a sensitometric advantage when exposed in an electronic filmwriter device.

The photographic element has a plurality of photosensitive silver halide layers including one or more red-sensitive silver halide layers, one or more green-sensitive silver halide layers and one or more blue-sensitive silver halide layers on the base. The absorption spectrum of each of the green- sensitive silver halide layers shows 530-560 nm maximum absorption wavelength λmax and <50 nm half-width. The absorption spectrum of each of the red- sensitive silver halide layers shows 610-640 nm maximum absorption wavelength λmax and the area below a wavelength more hypsochromic than the maximum absorption wavelength by 30 nm is <40% of the total area of the absorption spectrum.
