CONSTITUTION: In the photographic lens, a positive first lens L1 whose convex face is turned toward the objective side, a positive or negative second lens L2, a negative third lens L3, a positive forth lens L4, a fifth lens L5 being a positive meniscus lens whose concave is turned toward the objective side, a negative sixth lens L6 whose concave is turned toward the objective side and a positive seventh lens L7 whose object side surface is combined with the image side surface of the sixth lens L6 and convex face is turned toward the image side are arrayed along an optical axis and the focal lengths of the forth and fifth lenses L4 and L5, the composite focal length of a lens system composed of the sixth and seventh lenses L6 and L7 and further, the radii of curvature of the lens surfaces of the third - seventh lenses L3-L7 are made proper, to excellently correct the various kinds of aberrations.
