Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a photographic lens which is excellently assembled in the main body part of a film unit or a camera and small in spherical aberration and has high performance from the periphery to the center in spite of an asymmetrical lens by employing two-lens constitution for the improvement of picture quality and arranging a stop on an image field side.
CONSTITUTION: A 1st lens L1 and a 2nd lens L2 are arranged from the object side and the stop D is arranged more on the image field side than the 2nd lens L2 to constitute what is called a back-end type, and, the 1st lens L1 is a positive meniscus lens and arranged having its convex surface facing the object side and the 2nd lens L2 is a positive meniscus lens having its convex surface facing the image field side by using a biconvex lens as the 2nd lens L2 or forming the 1st lens L1 of a biconvex lens. Further, an image formation plane 9 is curved so that its object side is concave.
