PURPOSE: To execute printing processing based on a rolled photographic film housed in a new standard cartridge.

CONSTITUTION: This photographic printing device is provided with a cartridge where photographic film is wound and attached to be roll-like, a film carrier feeding and taking up the photographic film from/to the cartridge and a film mask plate 100 connecting a carrying route where the photographic film is allowed to run and displacing crossing the longitudinal direction of the carrying route. The film mask plate 100 possesses a first window 112b which coincides with a first frame size corresponding to at least one of plural frames arrayed in the longitudinal direction of the photographic film, at least one fixed window 103a arrayed along a displacing direction with respect to the first window 112b and plural exchanging plates 107a respectively incorporating a second window 108a which coincides with the second frame sizes of plural kinds different from the first frame size and respectively fitting in the fixed window 103a to be freely attachable and detachable.
