Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sharpness from being deteriorated by providing a photosensitive emulsion layer on either side of a supporting body and containing non-photosensitive particles which scatter a laser beam to the photosensitive emulsion layer side in photographic sensitive material used in an exposure method in which an angle formed by an exposure surface with a scanning laser beam does not become perpendicular in substance.
SOLUTION: In the photographic sensitive material used in the laser beam scanning exposure method in which the angle formed by the exposure surface of the photographic sensitive material with the scanning laser beam does not become perpendicular in substance; the photosensitive emulsion layer is provided on either side of the supporting body and the non- photosensitive particles which scatter the laser beam to the photosensitive emulsion layer side with respect to the supporting body are contained. It is desirable to use this material in the laser beam scanning exposure method in which the angle formed by the exposure surface with the scanning laser beam is always deviated from a perpendicular state by ≥3° to≤45°. The laser beam angled with respect to the exposure surface and performing scanning has an optical path extended in the photosensitive emulsion layer. The non-photosensitive particles restrains the optical path from being extended by its scattering effect, so that the sharpness is prevented from being deteriorated.
