PURPOSE: To judge whether or not an object blinks by providing means for storing the data of the gradational image of the object synchronously with photographing and for directly displaying it.
CONSTITUTION: The above device is provided with a television camera 21, an image data storage device 22 and a display device 23. Namely, the television camera 21 shoots the gradational image of the object 13 synchronously with the shooting by a camera 12. By synchronously shooting it, an image signal having a timing nearly same as the image shot by the camera 12 can be obtained. The image data storage device 22 stores the image signal shot by the television camera 21 in a field memory, etc., as the data of a frame image or the signal thereof just after photographing. The storage of the data of image is turned to a composite signal including the synchronizing signal of the image of television. The display device 23 directly reproduces the data of stored image or the signal thereof read out from the image data storage device 22 and displays it on a display unit. Therefore, whether of not the object 13 blinks can be confirmed from the displayed image on the display device 23.
