Abstract:

To provide a photographing device with a shake correcting function by which appropriate correction is performed under various conditions.

Relative shake between a subject and a digital single lens reflex camera 10 is detected by angular velocity sensors 25a and 25b and acceleration sensors 26a and 26b in a camera body 11 through a lens frame module 12. Translational vibration between the subject and the camera is detected by the acceleration sensors 26a and 26b, and rotational vibration between the subject and the camera is detected by the angular velocity sensors 25a and 25b. Based on a result obtained by comparing the component of the translational vibration and that of the rotational vibration, an imaging part position driving unit 23 is driven to a corrected position so as to correct image shake.
