Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the addition of a specimen during analyzing, and to simplify the structure of an automatic analyzer.
SOLUTION: After a measuring container 8 is transferred and positioned at a photometry position as a sleeve 44, is slid and raised, the sleeve 44 is brought down to shade a space between an opening of the measuring container 8 at the photometry position and a photometer main body from external light. In this state, exciting light is converged in a solution to be measured in the measuring container 8a, generated fluorescence is collected by a condensing lens 36 and transmitted through a dichroic mirror 34, and the exciting light component is removed by a filter 40 to be detected by a photomultiplier 42.
