Abstract:
To provide a photometric adjusting method which can easily be incorporated only by providing a photodetection sensor with a marking and optically adjusting the marking.
A light guide hole 1311a is bored in a base body part 1310 of an optical axis adjusting mechanism 1300a and the photodetection sensor 1100a is irradiated with light from there. The photodetection sensor 1100a is provided with the marking which reflects the light and the marking is imaged on a screen 1600. On the screen 1600, a reticle 1601 is provided and the imaged marking is adjusted to the reticle 1601.
