This photopolymerizable compsn. contains 20-90wt.% resin (a) for a binder, 5-60wt.% photopolymerizable unsatd. compd. (b) and 0.01-30wt.% photopolymn. initiator (c) as essential components. The resin (a) is a linear copolymer (A) having a carboxyl group content of 100-600 (expressed in terms of the equiv. of an acid) and a wt. average mol.wt. of 100,000-500,000 or a mixture prepd. by mixing the copolymer (A) with a linear copolymer (B) having a carboxyl group content of 100-600 (expressed in terms of the equiv. of an acid), a wt. average mol.wt. of 30,000-90,000 and using a vinyl compd. having a phenyl group as one of the copolymerized components so as to regulate the wt. ratio of A:B to 90:10 to 10:90.
