PURPOSE: To obtain a photopolymn. initiator compsn. having a high sensitivity and photosensitivity to light sources above visible light by incorporating the anion salt of the org. boron compd. of a specific org. cationic dye compd. and specific compd. having an -SH group in the molecule into said compsn.
CONSTITUTION: This compsn. contains the anion salt of the org. boron compd. of the org. cationic dye compd. expressed by formula I and the compd. having the -SH group in the molecule expressed by formula II. In formula I, D+ denotes a cationic dye; R1WR3, and R4 denote the groups selected from an alkyl group, substd. alkyl group, aryl group, substd. aryl group, etc. In formula II, X is NR', oxygen atom., sulfur atom., etc.; R' is hydrogen or alkyl group having 1W4C; A denotes a residual group, etc., forming a 5- or 6-membered ring having a carbon atom. together with N=C-X part. The photopolymn. initiator compsn. which has the high sensitivity and the photosensitivity to the light sources above visible light is thereby obtd.
