Abstract:
To provide a photosensitive blue colored composition capable of manufacturing a color filter with excellent brightness free from sensitivity deterioration, controlling a spacer to have a desired height, the spacer obtained by laminating coloring pixels on a black matrix with a narrow image line width.
A photosensitive blue colored composition includes: a blue pigment, a photopolymerizable monomer, a photopolymerizable initiator, and a binder resin. The photopolymerizable initiator includes an oxime ester-based initiator. The proportion of contents of the photopolymerizable monomer and the binder resin is 0.50-2.20.
