Title:
PHOTOSENSITIVE COLORED IMAGE FORMING MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0413151
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain sufficient adhesion in vacuum by providing a colored sensitive layer incorporating an o-quinondiazide compound on one side of a supporting body, and forming positive or negative embossed patterns on other side of the supporting body.

CONSTITUTION: On one side of the supporting body 1, the colored photosensitive layer incorporating the o-quinondiazide compound is provided and on the other side of the supporting body 1, the positive or negative embossed patterns 6 or 5 are formed. The colored photosensitive layer can be constituted while incorporating the o-quinondiazide compound functioning as a photosensitive body, a binder and the coloring agent. The o-quinondiazide compound is used for forming a so-called positive type photosensitive composition which generally increases the solubility of an exposed part. Besides, as the o-quinondiazide compound, a compound which 1, 2-naphtoquinon diazide-6-sulfonyl chloride is condensed with a hydroxy group and/or an amino group incorporating chemi cal compound, is preferably used. Hence the sufficient adhesion in vacuum is obtained.
