Abstract:
To provide a photosensitive coloring resin composition capable of forming a cured film having good NMP resistance and surface smoothness even on a thick-film condition.SOLUTION: A photosensitive coloring resin composition contains (A) a photopolymerization initiator, (B) an alkali-soluble resin, (C) a photopolymerizable compound and (C) a coloring agent, in which (D) the coloring agent contains the following (i) and/or (ii), and (B) the alkali-soluble resin contains an alkali-soluble resin (B1) having a repeating unit having a specific bicyclo structure and a partial structural unit represented by general formula (II). (i) at least one selected form the group consisting of a red pigment and an orange pigment, and at least one selected from the group consisting of a blue pigment and a purple pigment. (ii) an organic black pigment. In formula (II), Ris a monovalent organic group having one or more (meth)acryloyl groups.SELECTED DRAWING: None
