To provide a photosensitive colored resin composition excellent in suitability to uniform coating on a substrate and excellent also in removability by washing and liquid saving property and to provide a method for producing the same and a color filter using the same.

In the photosensitive colored resin composition comprising (a) a colorant, (b) an alkali-soluble resin A, (c) a photosensitive polymerizable component, (d) a photopolymerization initiator and (e) a solvent, the alkali- soluble resin A is a copolymer consisting essentially of (i) at least one acid component monomer selected from maleic anhydride, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid and fumaric acid, (ii) an alkylpolyoxyethylene (meth)acrylate and (iii) benzyl (meth)acrylate, and the photosensitive colored resin composition comprises a fluorine compound having a specified structure.
