Abstract:
To provide a photosensitive colored resin composition which ensures a forward tapered shape and causes no breaking in ITO film formation, and also to provide a method for producing a colored image using the same, a method for manufacturing a color filter, a color filter, etc.
The photosensitive colored resin composition contains (A) a dye, (B) a resin, (C) a photopolymerizable compound, and (D) a photopolymerization initiator, wherein the component (C) contains a formula (I) and the proportion of the formula (I) to the component (C) is 20-80 wt.%. In the formula (I), R1 denotes a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and R2 denotes a divalent organic group.
