There is provided a photosensitive coloring composition which forms each of colored pixels 3R, 3G and 3B for color filters and contains pigments, a resin, a monomer and solvents, in which two or more pigments are contained as the pigment, 50% or more of solvents of the solvents is a solvent having an evaporation rate of 10 to 35 when the evaporation rate of butyl acetate is 100, the mass ratio (monomer/resin) of the monomer and the resin is in the range of 0.3 to 1.0. And a coating film, which is obtained by applying the photosensitive coloring composition on a glass substrate, followed by drying, exposing, developing and post-baking steps, has a film stress σ of 0 to +30.
