To provide a photosensitive coloring composition capable of forming a pixel that has excellent adhesion to a base material and resists deterioration of brightness when heated.SOLUTION: A photosensitive coloring composition contains a phthalocyanine pigment (A), a resin dispersant (B), a photopolymerizable compound (C), a photopolymerizable initiator (D), a compound having an alicyclic epoxy group (E1), and an alkali-soluble resin (F), where the phthalocyanine pigment (A) contains one or more pigments selected from the group consisting of an aluminum phthalocyanine pigment (A1) and a zinc halide phthalocyanine pigment (A2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
