Abstract:
To provide a photosensitive coloring composition which allows for forming a color filter that features high sensitivity as well as superior linearity, pattern shapes, resolution, development resistance and chemical resistance, and optionally superior heat resistance, even with an increased pigment content or film thickness, and to provide a color filter produced using the same.SOLUTION: A photosensitive coloring composition is provided, containing a photopolymerization initiator (A) represented by a general formula (1), a resin (X), a photopolymerizable monomer (B), and a colorant (C). The photosensitive coloring composition may also contain a dispersant. At least one selected from a group comprised of the resin(X), the colorant (C), and the dispersant may contain an oxetane group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
