Abstract:
To provide a photosensitive coloring composition for a color filter, which does not cause an overhung pattern shape even when a pigment has high concentration, and which materializes small change of line width due to a developing time, and has good resistance to chemicals.SOLUTION: The photosensitive coloring composition contains a coloring agent (A), a resin type dispersant, a binder resin (B), a photopolymerizable monomer (C) and a photoinitiator (D). The coloring agent (A) contains a red and a yellow pigment, the red pigment contains at least one selected from the group consisting of C.I. pigment red 177 and C.I. pigment red 269, the yellow pigment contains at least one selected from the group consisting of C.I. pigment yellow 139, C.I. pigment yellow 150 and C.I. pigment yellow 185. The resin type dispersant has an acid value, and the content of the photopolymerizable monomer (C) is 28 mass% or more with respect to the total solid of the photosensitive coloring composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
